Exciting that you are considering us for your next one of a kind event! The first step is to send us an email or message us on our social media pages introducing yourself and telling us a little bit about the event you are hosting. Once we understand your event needs and we are available to for your event, Nala Bear Creations will begin drafting up a proposal for the event services you are requesting.
We love and try our best to work within our clients budget. There are a few ways to cut down cost but still offer the WOW factor you are looking for at your event. If you are wanting a simple organic garland, we can offer those to-go! The organic garland will be preassembled and you may pick up the garland at our Greenwood location. With a grab and go garland, there is no delivery, installation or tear down fee. The second way to cut down cost is to scale back the design of the balloon art.
Great question! A grab and go garland is a garland ranging from 5ft or 10ft that is already assembled and ready for the client to pick up. A grab and go garland is a great option if you are looking to save money but still want a WOW factor at your event. Grab and go garlands are not delivered or assembled on site by the Nala Bear team.
We love to travel! However, we do need to make sure the Nala Bear mobile is filled with enough gas to get us to your event location. Events hosted within 10 miles of Greenwood, Indiana do not have a travel fee. Events outside of the 10 miles from Greenwood will have a $0.65 per mile added onto the proposal. Not located within Indiana? No worries! Please send us an email with your event needs and event location for us to chat further.
There aren't any! We believe in being transparent with our clients when it comes to the pricing of working with Nala Bear Creations. The main fees charged would be; footage of balloons, additional decor rental, set/up and tear down fee (if applicable), travel fee (if applicable) and a 7% sales tax that goes to the state of Indiana. When working with Nala Bear Creations to bring your vision to life, we make sure all the fees are included in your proposal to give you the accurate price.
Once our client is happy with the proposal and Nala Bear Creations is available for the event, we require a 50% deposit due at booking. This deposit allows up to begin purchasing the materials for your event and get our staff taken care of to begin bringing your vision to life. Two weeks from the event date is when the final balance is due. Any additional services added after the two week date will be subject to availability and if we can get the materials in on time.
Nala Bear Creations currently does not offer refunds on the first 50% due at booking or on the final payment due two weeks before your event. A time of booking, we secure the materials needed for your event. What happens if I book Nala Bear Creations and then find out I need to change the date of my event? Nala Bear Creations allows a 3-day grace period on date changes once the 50% deposit has been paid.
As much as we love Indiana, the weather can be unpredictable. We encourage all of our clients to have a rain plan or back up plan for an outdoor event if the weather is not in our favor. Balloons are durable and can sit out in the rain, Nala Bear Creations will continue to deliver and install outdoor arrangements in the event of rain.
